The body surface and mechanism are produced using renewable raw materials (PLA) which are 100% biodegradable in line with EN 13432. Including the refill and spring, this ballpoint pen is therefore 80% compostable overall. The writing instruments are also recognisable by virtue of the “Biotic Pen” relief on the side of the cap.

All artwork is created free of charge. To brand leather and moleskin style notebooks or diaries a die needs to be made to represent your logo or text and this is then embossed, foil blocked or imprinted in some other way onto your notbeook to create the finished branded product. The die is unique to your logo or marketing material and therefore may be something you already have and can send to us. If not we can create the die for you but there is an additional charge for the die - this is a one off charge as all repeat orders using the same artwork will use the same die and we can also send the die to you for other uses.
A charge of £50 is made for us to manufacture the die and all other set up charges for your artwork are included in the price of the notebook/diary. As it may not be necessary to produce a die for each order we do not charge for this at checkout but will levy an additional charge if a die is necessary when the artwork is approved. We will confirm any setup charges prior to completing your order.
Our low volume notebooks can be branded in one of two ways :
- Embossed or debossed logo (a one off branding block charge of £40 applies)
- Foil blocked logo (a one off branding block charge of £40 applies)
Reduced prices apply for orders of 1000 pens or more :
- 500 pens - 95p each
- 1000 pens - 85p each
- 3000 pens - 80p each
- 5000 pens - 75p each
- 10000 pens - 70p each
- 25000 or more pens - 65p each
Deliveries are made using trusted UK couriers such as UPS, Parcelforce, FedEx, DPD, DHL and for larger shipments we use specialist pallet carriers.
